looking for multiple SAP TM Leads to join a long term project for a enterprise business.

Role Details

Duration – 4 Months + extension (scope of work till end of 2028)

Capacity – 5 days/week, 8 hours/day working

Location – 100% work from home

Language – English

This position will have a focus on SAP TM blueprinting, solution design, integration, and process optimization within a complex SAP landscape.

The ideal candidate should bring 10–15+ years of SAP TM experience and a strong track record of working on large-scale SAP transformation and implementation projects. In particular, the candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP TM processes and strong experience with integration scenarios involving SAP GTS and SAP F&O / Freight Orders (FO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and contribute to the SAP TM Private Cloud Blueprint and target solution architecture
• Analyze existing transportation processes and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions
• Design and optimize end-to-end transportation processes, including freight planning, freight order management, transportation execution and settlement
• Define and document SAP TM processes, solution concepts and integration requirements
• Design and support integrations between SAP TM and SAP GTS
• Design and support integration scenarios around Freight Orders (FO) and related SAP systems/processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP architects and functional/technical teams
• Identify gaps between standard SAP TM functionality and business requirements and develop appropriate solution concepts
• Contribute to workshops, blueprint sessions and architectural discussions
• Ensure that the proposed solution follows SAP best practices and is scalable for future business requirements
• Support the documentation of the overall solution architecture, processes and integration flows
