OBJECTIVES:
Enable local entities teams to deliver from Migration Approach Definition to Data Business Validation
Drives the timeline of the object execution
MOCK1, MOCK UAT and Prod Load
Act as first line of analysis for defect
Support the app owners providing inputs for data propagation

SPECIFIC MISSIONS:
Own the DTM methodology:
Own data cleansing strategy, KPIs and tracking
Ensure consistency across regions and support continuous improvement
Define and maintain migration templates (i.e., MAD, mapping rules, Sequence of DTM task, validation/loading tools), NEO data quality reports and dashboards, Knowledge library (NEO Fit, FAQs…)
Arbitrate deviations from methodology and manage impacts of Deviation Requests on their scope
Train and animate their DME community on their scope of objects

KEY SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Ability to translate object specificities into structured strategy and methodology
Strong appetite for knowledge sharing, training and methodology enablement
Strong ability to animate the DME community

MAIN INTERACTIONS:
Data Migration Experts
Functional experts (e.g., Data Domains, Supply Planning, Network of excellence) in/out of NEO
Solution experts (e.g., for DRs impacting object migration, tools evolution)
Global application owners (e.g., APO, MySourcing, Elixpedia)

PERFORMANCE KPIS:
Migration methodology adoption rate by DMEs across regions
Readiness of documentation incl. training materials
Reduction of rework and migration defects due to methodology gaps
