The SAP Retail Expert will join the Retail Back-Office & POS Integration team, contributing to the SAP Evolutive Maintenance program and supporting the global roll-out of SAP Retail, SAP FMS, and SAP CAR. This role provides functional expertise, supports integration with POS systems, and ensures high-quality delivery across SAP Retail processes.

Scope:

Change Request Delivery (Evolutive Maintenance): Manage and implement change requests across SAP Retail modules.

Functional Application Support & Expertise – L3: Provide expert-level functional support for SAP Retail, FMS, and CAR.

SAP–POS Integration & Retail Processes: Ensure seamless integration with POS and other non-SAP systems; support retail process optimization.

Roll-Out Projects: Support global SAP Retail roll-out initiatives, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.

Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain documentation, monitor quality standards, and propose process improvements.

Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Retail, SAP ECC, and SAP FMS, with exposure to SAP CAR.

Proven experience in fashion/retail SAP projects.

Expertise in integration with non-SAP systems (POS, distribution, etc.).

ABAP debugging skills to support collaboration with development/build teams.

Proficiency with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
