We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Partner / Solution Lead to take ownership of the solution and delivery of a major SAP S/4HANA project for a French client.

You will act as the key link between the client’s business stakeholders and the SAP delivery organisation, taking ownership of project direction, solution decisions and delivery throughout the implementation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work confidently with both senior business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams, ensuring that requirements, design decisions and delivery remain aligned with the overall S/4HANA core model.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the SAP S/4HANA solution and project delivery.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP delivery organisation.
• Lead and facilitate business and solution design discussions and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into clear direction and actionable guidance for the SAP project team.
• Drive timely decision-making and resolution of key project and solution issues.
• Ensure solution and design decisions remain aligned with the S/4HANA core model and project objectives.
• Work closely with functional and technical SAP teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across business and IT.
• Support key project phases including design, testing, deployment and go-live preparation.
• Provide leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues and drive them through to resolution.

• Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Paris during key project stages.
• Start: October 2026.
• Duration: Until November 2027, with potential for extension subject to project requirements.
• Commitment: Part-time.

  • 2 days per week from January 2027 until November 2027
