Project Overview
The assignment supports the implementation of a central procurement entry platform aimed at improving user experience and streamlining purchasing processes. The focus is on integrating Purchase-to-Pay processes with SAP backend systems and enabling efficient, user-friendly procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical/interface specifications within the SAP MM purchasing environment
• Configure and implement system settings based on identified gaps
• Perform developer testing and validation of implemented solutions
• Support bug fixing and issue resolution during acceptance phases
• Document requirements and solutions to ensure maintainability and transparency
• Support integration with middleware and connected systems

Required Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP MM Consultant
• In-depth knowledge of SAP purchasing and operational procurement processes
• Experience creating technical specifications and supporting solution design
• Experience with interface integration and middleware environments
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with master data management (materials and vendors)
• Knowledge of SAP MDG, including governance processes and data models
• Strong understanding of data quality, harmonisation, and consistency

Additional Requirements

• Fluent German language skills
• Ability to work in a structured, collaborative project environment
